Investment Strategy

We are contrarian investors – we invest where others fear to go. We seek unique situations and opportunities where we can add value; where we believe that with the benefit of time, experienced management, added physical improvements, or some combination of all of these that the investment will be significantly enhanced as a result. We believe in profit within a realm of responsible activity and continue to believe that both can and will occur simultaneously. We will continue to contribute a percentage of the Company’s profits to local and worldwide charities.
