Donald Braun - President

Donald Braun, president, has been with the Company since 1980. He oversees management of the Company’s core business activity. Mr. Braun is principally responsible for the implementation of investment strategies and finance, sale and purchase decisions relating to the Company’s assets. He has extensive experience working with and structuring debt and equity financing with Wall Street and other capital market sources. Mr. Braun has served on the board of a number of high-tech and traditional companies. In addition to boards associated with the Company's affiliates and investments, Mr. Braun currently sits on the board of The Real Estate Council. He is a CPA, and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Albion College.
