Hall Financial Group’s signature development, Hall Office Park, is nearing completion of its 3,000,000 square feet of office, hotel and retail development. The success of the project has encouraged the company to evaluate similar multi-use developments in other emerging growth markets like Frisco is to Dallas. Hall has a long history of breaking molds in its developments, including being the first downtown Dallas high-rise office building to be converted to multifamily. Another example is HALL Wine’s new state-of-the-art winery being developed by world-renowned architect Frank Gehry in Napa Valley.
