Additional Helpful Information for Applicants.

  • The Community Relations Committee meets quarterly in March, June, September and December to review proposals.

  • For event support and advertising sponsorships, requests must be received at least four months in advance of the event or advertising deadline date.

  • Hundreds of requests are reviewed at each meeting and each one is individually considered for its impact and value to both the community and to Hall Financial Group. Past support is no guarantee of continued funding.

  • It is understood that each organization will have multiple needs throughout the course of a year, i.e. membership dues, annual sustenance drives, event sponsorships, program/operating support, etc. While limits are not set as to the number of contributions that may be made to one organization, if funds have already been sent to your organization within the calendar year based on a prior request, the Committee will evaluate subsequent requests in that context. Consequently, it is recommended that decisions within your organization be made regarding which request within the year represents your priority.
